Maintenance/Reliability
Engineer.

You will provide technical support across multiple chemical and milling plants in North Carolina, with a focus on reliability, rotating equipment, and preventive maintenance. In this role, you will Lead rotating equipment maintenance and troubleshooting Manage the vibration program: train technicians, analyze data, provide balance corrections, and support the rotating equipment team Oversee the lubrication program: develop vendor goals and track continuous improvement Provide engineering support for preventive maintenance and repairs on critical plant equipment, fixed assets, and rotating machinery Lead and guide mechanical maintenance resources, processes, and budgets Ensure proper execution and documentation of PM and repair activities Conduct safety and quality audits of maintenance work Interface with OEMs, specialists, and third-party consultants Develop job plans, repair reports, BOMs, and upgrade recommendations Analyze failed equipment, determine root causes, and recommend solutions Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering required 10–15 years of industrial
maintenance/reliability
