Maintenance Technician

We offer a supportive, growth-focused work environment with competitive benefits: Competitive Pay + Monthly Bonuses Annual Pay Increases Generous PTO: 120 hours (0–4 years), 160 hours (5+ years) Paid Holidays Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Options Company-Paid Life Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Career Growth & Development Opportunities What You’ll Do: Complete work orders and service requests promptly Prepare vacant apartments for new residents Maintain building systems: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry Maintain pool and amenities (CPO required) Respond to after-hours emergencies (on-call rotation) Uphold OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards Track supply inventory and equipment maintenance What We’re Looking For: EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) – Preferred Certified Pool Operator (CPO) – Preferred Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred) HVAC experience preferred High school diploma or GED Strong communication and problem-solving skills Own basic tools and have reliable transportation Ability to work outdoors and walk the property regularly Bilingual skills a plus, but not required Apply today
