Description of the role: Welcome to the team at St. Charles Nissan! We are seeking a motivated Rental Agent / Assistant to join our dynamic team in St Peters, MO. If you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have an interest in the automotive industry, this position is perfect for you. Responsibilities: Assist customers with renting vehicles, providing information on available options and pricing. Process rental transactions accurately and efficiently. Coordinate vehicle pick-ups and returns. Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person. Assist with administrative tasks as needed. Requirements: Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Previous experience in customer service is preferred. Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus. Benefits: Competitive salary range: $38,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year paid bi-weekly.
