Responsibilities

Respond to customer calls and emails. Accurately enter orders received from the customer by phone, fax or email. Process and follow through rush orders. Build long term relationships with our customers. Support the sales staff with customer requests. Communicate with the Customer Service Manager on a daily basis. Develop a thorough understanding of production capabilities. Create cost estimates based on customer's requests. Support other Customer Service Representatives as needed. Obtain supplier estimates and place purchase orders. Qualifications

Excellent oral and written communication skills. Corrugated industry experience preferred. Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload - a well developed sense of urgency. Good math aptitude. Customer service experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Experience with customer service software like Microsoft Excel and Word a plus. May be required to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and frequently required to sit/stand/walk.

Compensation & Benefits

The starting wage is $22-$26/hr depending on experience. Office hours are Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm.
