Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for silicon and photonics components targeting hyperscalers and optical module manufacturers Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the optical networking and high-performance computing industries Identify and pursue new business opportunities while managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure Drive revenue growth through direct sales and strategic partnerships, setting and meeting ambitious sales targets Collaborate with engineering and applications teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs effectively What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, or related field 7-10 years of sales experience in the semiconductor, photonics, or optical communications industry Deep understanding of photonics components and optical communication technologies Proven leadership in managing strategic accounts and driving revenue growth Exceptional communication and negotiation skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
