Collaborate with our alliance partner on numerous fronts Produce and optimize the annual Brand Plan Further develop and refine the long-term strategic plan for Tezspire Partner to create launch plans for new indications Establish the global yearly budget Provide input regarding market research activities Strategize on future LCM prioritization Provide input into the tezepelumab forecast revisions consistent with strategy Provide early input to the Amgen Product Team on commercial-related issues Provide input into the respiratory component of the company\'s therapeutic area strategy What We Expect Of You

Doctorate degree and 4 years of marketing experience Or Masters degree and 6 years of marketing experience Or Bachelors degree and 9 years of marketing experience Preferred Qualifications
10+ years of marketing experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry with strong management skills Successful strategic brand management experience Highly effective influencing skills Executive presence and the ability to present and tell a story Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively across the matrix; superior cross-functional collaboration skills Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and gather insights across customer groups with capacity to make decisions/recommendations Excellent written, analytical and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to analyze a business problem and develop an appropriate strategy Strong business judgment and emotional intelligence Demonstrated flexibility to work within a fast-changing environment and cope with ambiguity Ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities and partners Act as a role model for others in line with Amgen What You Can Expect Of Us

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
