Job Description

As a Construction Superintendent, you will be the on-site leader responsible for directing construction activities, managing crews, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high standards from groundbreaking to project completion.
This role is perfect for someone who is decisive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a talent for problem-solving and team leadership.
Oversee daily construction operations and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Lead, manage, and motivate on-site crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to coordinate resources, timelines, and project scope.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify risks, and provide actionable solutions.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets.
Implement organizational systems for equipment, tools, and materials management.
Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for all project-related issues.

Qualifications :

3+ years of experience in construction supervision or management.
Proven track record of managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage subcontractors.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in reading plans, specifications, and construction documents.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check and drug test.
Bonus Points:
Experience in real estate, development, or residential flips.
Familiarity with ADUs, multifamily, or new builds.
