Project Manager - Energy Sustainability

LOCATION: Houston, TX

REPORTS TO : COO and Regional Integration Manager

They are pioneers in sustainable technologies, including advanced Combined Heat and Power (CHP) systems and innovative plants that convert organic waste into renewable natural gas. MISSION

The role of the Project Manager is to drive a better way forward in the U.S. by taking ownership of the entire lifecycle of energy systems, from design to long-term maintenance. Involving coordinating with internal teams, fostering strong relationships with clients and vendors, and ensuring all project deliverables are on time, within scope, and on budget. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own the Project Lifecycle: Manage the entire project from initial concept to long-term maintenance, ensuring successful delivery of energy systems in the U.S.
• Coordinate and Collaborate: Work with internal teams and external stakeholders, including clients and vendors, to ensure seamless execution.
• Deliver with Precision: Oversee project scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within financial targets.
• Problem-Solve on the Fly: Proactively identify and resolve issues, reporting and escalating as needed to keep projects on track
• Build Strong Relationships: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients and third-party vendors to foster long-term partnerships.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experienced Professional: A minimum of 4 years of proven project management experience, preferably within the energy or industrial sectors.
• Technical Acumen: Strong technical background with a foundational understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Negotiation Prowess: Exhibit excellent negotiation skills with both clients and suppliers.
• Communication Excellence: Demonstrate exceptional client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Flexible and Mobile: Available for business trips to project sites across the country, with some potential for travel to international branches.
• Proficient in MS Project: Strong command of MS Project for comprehensive project documentation and tracking.
