About the Role:

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex production builds within the live entertainment and events industry. This role will take projects from technical drawings to full execution—ensuring seamless delivery, top-tier coordination, and exceptional client satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of live event project management—from initial planning and drafting to on-site execution and completion.
• Interpret technical drawings and work closely with engineering, fabrication, and production teams.
• Serve as the central point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure deadlines, budgets, and safety standards are met across all phases.
• Troubleshoot logistical or technical issues in real time.
• Coordinate staffing, rigging, load-in/out schedules, and equipment logistics.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the entertainment, concert touring, or festival production space
• Strong understanding of rigging systems and technical production processes
• Proficiency in Vectorworks and CAD drafting tools
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Demonstrated success working with concert producers or production leads
