Daksta are partnered with a leading Texas based GC, seeking a Senior Project Manager for their Houston division to help lead strategic growth and deliver excellent project results.

This role offers a clear path to progression into executive positions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large ground-up projects ranging from $50M - $100M.
• Be the main POC for clients and owners representatives.
• Skilled in RFIs, submittals and preconstruction.
• Lead project teams consisting of PMs, APMs and PEs.
• Be responsible for hitting key project milestones and financial goals.
• Work alongside the Senior Superintendent to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience.
• Construction management or similar degree preferred.
• Strong job tenure.
• Experience leading $30M+ ground-up commercial markets.
