Salary Range: $145,000 - $165,000 (base) + Performance Bonus, Car Allowance, Sign-On Bonus, Full Benefits Package, and 401(k) Match

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end project delivery for $20M+ builds, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution while exceeding client expectations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to drive pre-construction planning, value engineering, and risk mitigation.
• Champion safety protocols and quality standards, fostering a proactive team culture on-site.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources using tools like Procore or similar – with a keen eye on lean construction practices.
• Build lasting client relationships, particularly in high-stakes sectors like healthcare and education, while expanding into offices, public works, and more.

What We're Looking For:

• 8+ years of progressive experience in construction project management, with proven success in healthcare and/or K-12 projects (bonus points for offices or public works).
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams and navigate complex challenges.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and a PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
