Where You Come In
Responsibilities Supports the development and execution of the Stelo brand strategy, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints, partnerships and events.
Supports the creation and management of consumer, partner and event marketing materials including advertising, onsite signage and giveaways, digital content and sales materials.
Develops and provides marketing collateral, presentations, and training materials to enable partner sales teams to effectively position and sell solutions.
Creates, manages, and executes comprehensive partner marketing strategies to support key business objectives and drive revenue growth.
Establishes and maintains clear communication channels with partners, ensuring alignment on marketing objectives and initiatives.
Oversees the tracking and analysis of brand, event & partner marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Collaborates cross-functionally to integrate brand and partner strategy into product launches, campaigns, and events.
What Makes You Successful Experience with marketing channels including digital, content, social media, and event planning.
Ability to develop marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and able to drive measurable results; identify opportunities for growth and create plans to capitalize on them.
Skilled at building and maintaining relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders; able to articulate vision, negotiate terms, and ensure alignment across teams.
Solid understanding of marketing metrics; able to use data to track performance, measure ROI, and optimize campaigns with actionable insights.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, product, and other marketing teams; integrate brand and partner strategies into broader company initiatives.
Adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving environment; anticipates challenges, proposes solutions, and drives projects forward.
Bias for action and results; able to influence and negotiate with vendors and partners.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and oversee projects from start to finish with attention to detail and deadlines.

Travel Required 25 to 50%
Experience And Education Requirements Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 8-12 years of industry experience.
2-5 years of previous management or lead experience.
Remote Workplace Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120 km). If you reside within commuting distance, a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex workplace option.
