Job Role and Responsibilities Responsibilities: AMD, Inc., is hiring Business Systems Analysts to develop and implement analytics techniques or applications to transform data into meaningful information using data-oriented programming languages and visualization software. Responsibilities include extracting, cleaning, and processing large datasets using SQL, SSAS, SAP ERP, Excel macros, VBA, MDX, DAX, and other data tools to ensure data quality and integrity for analysis. Perform detailed data analysis to support business decisions, identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights. Design and maintain data models that track accounting metrics, improve data flow and structure. Develop and maintain analytics reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI to provide real-time insights to key stakeholders. Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose data-driven solutions to improve operations. Visualize data in an understandable format to enable informed decisions. Create models that consolidate metrics into a cohesive data model for operational analytics. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure data collected and analyzed aligns with business needs.

Qualifications Education: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Analytics, Data Science, IT, Computer Science, or related field. Experience: Amount and type of experience required: N/A. Specific skills required:
Utilizing MDS and Excel to create macros and interface with databases
Predictive modelling and forecasting
Performing analysis of large data sets
C, C++, or Python programming
ETL and data warehousing
Data mining and visualization using Tableau or Power BI
SQL
Can work remotely. Experience may be gained through graduate-level coursework, research, or internship experience.
