Associate Business Analyst

Location: Remote (Eastern or Central time zone)

What You’ll Do As an Associate Business Analyst at RDA, you’ll play a critical role in delivering digital experiences that drive measurable impact for our clients. You’ll collaborate with strategists, UX designers, developers, and project managers to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements. From day one, you’ll engage with clients directly ensuring their expectations are understood, managed, and met.

Your work will include:

Partnering with clients and internal teams to gather, document, and manage requirements in the form of user stories, process flows, business rules, and acceptance criteria. Supporting website implementation projects, with a focus on enterprise CMS and contributing to e-commerce and custom application development projects. Participating in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and contributing to collaborative design sessions (Miro/Mural). Supporting user acceptance testing by validating deliverables against requirements. Assisting with content migration planning and auditing efforts. What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of BA experience working on website implementations or custom application development in a consulting/agency environment (preferred). Hands-on experience with at least one enterprise CMS (Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager, Storyblok, Bloomreach, Contentful, ContentStack etc.). Strong communication skills: authentic, client-ready, and able to manage conversations and expectations effectively. Ability to work independently, while also partnering with senior BAs for oversight on initial projects. A natural curiosity and interest in AI or personalization technologies. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams. Why Join RDA:
