Job Description

Warehouse operators will serve as members of the warehousing department. This position will support all efforts to create an Incident free and injury free work zone in the warehouse environment. Operators will be responsible for all warehouse functions in loading and unloading trucks, inspecting cargo, storing cargo in designated storage zones safely, inspections as needed, and other basic warehouse responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process, package and ship orders accurately
• Organize stocks and maintain inventory
• Inspect products for defects and damages
• Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments
• Organize warehouse space
• Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately
• Check, verify and fulfill customer orders
• Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
• Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
• Report any discrepancies
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized daily
