What You Will Be Doing

The essential functions and duties of the CDL Driver include:

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and ensure safe operation of the vehicle.
• Review paperwork for completeness, verify orders and quantities, and deliver/unload products using appropriate equipment (tractor/trailer, ramps, pallet jacks, etc.).
• Operate vehicle in compliance with DOT and local, state, and federal requirements; maintain on-time deliveries and communicate professionally with customers and vendors.
• Based at the Distribution Center associated with this job post.

Main Responsibilities

• Safely transport goods from one location to another.
• Plan routes to meet delivery schedules.
• Report issues or incidents to the dispatch team.
• Maintain a clean and organized truck.

What We Are Searching For

• Must have a valid Class A CDL.
• Must have a safe driving record / clear MVR.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Able to operate an 18-wheel tractor/trailer to deliver and pick up products from stores.
• Minimum 2 years of experience driving a 53 ft. tractor/trailer.
• Must be willing to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Salary

Competitive wages. The hourly rate for this role is $31.50 per hour, with starting rates varying by location, experience, qualifications, and applicable collective bargaining agreements.
