Overview
What does Zenith Data Governance do?
Data Governance collaborates with Analytics, Engineering, and Technology Activation teams to design and enforce processes and protocols used to manage data across our digital ecosystem, ensuring quality, consistency, and availability. We help define the key decision points so the correct business logic is applied, documented, and executed. Once data is mined, it is used to optimize campaigns and tell stories that bring our clients closer to their marketing goals, helping them reach the right people and do so the right way.
Responsibilities
What does a successful Analyst look like?
We don’t all look the same, and we don’t expect you to either. Successful team members generally have a passion for emerging tech and media, bring a data-driven approach to decision-making, have a problem-solving mindset, bring a fresh perspective and share it positively, don’t shy away from a challenge, and are always hungry to learn more.
Familiarity with media analytics and data helps, especially digital media, but isn’t necessarily a requirement. Prior professional experience in a data-related role is highly preferred.
What does a Data Governance Analyst do day-to-day?
Analysts form the foundation of the Data Governance team. They work closely with core Analytics teams to understand client media reporting requirements and processes. They also work with other cross-functional teams to implement standardized processes and protocols that enable efficient data management. They behave like Business Analysts who understand business requirements and can produce clear documentation to facilitate automation of data processing.
