Responsibilities
- Analyzing reporting requirements to determine development methods, development templates, and report design.
- Serving as a Workday Reporting expert with deep knowledge of the Workday ecosystem, including HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Talent, Payroll, and Absence and Time Tracking.
- Utilizing best practices and industry standards in developing custom reports and calculated fields.
- Collaborating with other report developers and functional experts to understand the current business demands.
- Working with technology/security teams to define and create calculated fields, security policies, and other Workday objects to meet the evolving reporting needs of the organization.
- Troubleshooting report-related day-to-day transactions and providing tier II support for requests from various teams, resolving issues promptly.
- Maintaining precise change management documentation to comply with the company\'s internal/external audit controls.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in reporting by performing audits.
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new reporting features.
- Demonstrating the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Report Writing
- Proficient in Advanced, Matrix Custom Reports
- Proficient in Calculated Fields
- Proficient in Prism Tables configuration
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL and other data analysis Tools
- Experience with Workday Dashboards, Worksheets
- Proficient in building complex calculated fields.
- Familiarity with Data Visualization Tools (i.e. Power BI)
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient in using the Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), BIRT, and Workday Studio.
- Composite Reports
- Workday Reporting Writing/ Pro certification desired.
