Job Duties
- The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for veterans, families, visitors, and staff entering the care center. This role provides a welcoming, professional presence while supporting administrative operations through clerical tasks, communication management, and coordination of front office activities. The receptionist helps ensure the smooth flow of information within the facility and promotes the organization’s mission to serve veterans with dignity and respect.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience working as a front desk receptionist is a plus
- Previous experience in a Long-term Care / SNF setting is a plus
