Job Description
The Cabin Cleaner Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating cabin cleaning crews to ensure aircraft are cleaned and serviced to company, airline, and regulatory standards. This role oversees day-to-day operations, assigns tasks, ensures quality control, and supports on-time aircraft turnarounds in a fast-paced airport environment.
Responsibilities
- Foster and maintain an environment where team safety of members and customers is paramount.
- Lead a team of supervisors, leads, and agents, including coaching, mentoring, and development.
- Promote open communication and an inclusive, engaged culture.
- Recognize and celebrate individual and team performance.
- Monitor, assess, and report on below-wing and team performance; drive ongoing improvement.
- Investigate delays, safety and compliance concerns; share lessons learned and develop prevention solutions.
- Prepare improvement plans, plan and execute initiatives, and coordinate monthly/quarterly work schedules.
- Ensure tools, equipment, and facilities are available, in good condition, clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Manage administrative duties including scheduling, training, discipline, and performance development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and federal, state, and local airport regulations.
- Conduct audits and observations to ensure policy alignment with customer expectations.
- Maintain open, honest communication and a high-performance culture aligned with McGee values.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 1 year of leadership experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional work ethic with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
- Proven ability to direct work in a positive manner and lead with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to obtain and maintain airport security clearance, including background check, drug screen, and fingerprinting as required for specific assignments.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information.
- Flexible with varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- A valid driver's license with a good driving record.
