A top academic hospital in Brooklyn is seeking a geriatric-trained physician for a full-time, outpatient position. This employed role offers a base salary plus RVU bonus, CME allowance, and comprehensive hospital benefits, including malpractice coverage. The hospital is also launching a fellowship program and is looking for someone interested in a fully outpatient role with teaching responsibilities. New graduates completing their training within the next 12 months are encouraged to apply! Job Function: Day Shift. 9AM - 5PM. Department includes three providers and is expanding to add a primarily outpatient physician. Outpatient care provided in a beautiful ambulatory pavilion on the hospital campus. Average of 57 patients per day; 1-hour appointments for new patients and 30-minute follow-ups all geriatric patients (no internal medicine). Call schedule is 1 in 6 weeks telephone call only.
