We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Communications Manager to elevate AnswerLab’s brand voice, content presence, and event strategy. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, digital engagement, and strategic execution. You’ll collaborate across the organisation, including researchers, product leads, and executives, to translate complex insights into compelling, on-brand communications that position AnswerLab as the partner of choice for global brands navigating innovation and change.

Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all channels and materials.

Collaborate with senior leaders to refine positioning, value propositions, and client-facing narratives.

Partner with researchers and product leaders to bring to life our differentiation in AI, emerging technology, and experience strategy.

Content Development & Optimization

Lead development of high-impact content including blogs, case studies, research reports, email campaigns, press releases, and sales enablement collateral.

Partner with subject matter experts to turn technical insights into accessible and compelling stories.

Own the editorial calendar, ensuring alignment with business goals, campaigns, and market trends.

Work with SEO partners to optimize content for search, discoverability, and LLM performance.

Provide regular reporting on engagement, reach, and impact, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Thought Leadership & Events

Partner with PR agency to secure speaking engagements, webinars, and event opportunities that build AnswerLab’s brand awareness and authority.

Support the creation of executive bylines, op-eds, and perspectives to expand AnswerLab’s voice in the industry.

Develop and manage event campaigns from planning through post-event follow-up, ensuring ROI measurement.

Social Media & Community Building

Own AnswerLab’s LinkedIn and Instagram strategy and presence, creating content that drives awareness, engagement, and client trust.

Support selective use of YouTube and other channels to extend reach of thought leadership and case studies.

Monitor performance and optimize based on analytics and benchmarks.

Marketing Operations & Systems

Use HubSpot (and other martech tools) to build, launch, and track campaigns.

Partner with sales enablement to align content with revenue-generation priorities.

Manage and maintain AnswerLab’s digital asset library and collateral.

Explore and pilot new AI-driven marketing tools to improve efficiency and creativity.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience We understand that outstanding candidates can come from a variety of backgrounds. While specific experience is important, we are ultimately looking for individuals with the personal characteristics to thrive in a growing, client-focused business. The ideal candidate will likely meet many or most of the following criteria:

5+ years of marketing communications experience, ideally in high-growth B2B, consulting, or professional services environments.

Proven ability to craft compelling content across multiple formats and audiences.

Strong event planning and management skills.

Expertise in LinkedIn strategy and social media thought leadership.

Proficiency with marketing automation (HubSpot preferred), analytics tools (HubSpot, GA4), and reporting.

Familiarity with SEO/LLM best practices and content optimization.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Ideal candidate: Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills; highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities; proactive, idea-generator who thrives on curiosity and is comfortable working in a fast-evolving space (AI, emerging tech, UX, strategy).
