Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative
to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in ensuring customers receive exceptional service every step of the way.
Schedule: This is a part-time position, averaging 2–3 days per week, 7 am - 4 pm (approximately 18–24 hours). Our core need is coverage on Tuesdays, and there may be some flexibility in which additional days are worked depending on workload and team needs. Requirements:
Key Responsibilities: Field incoming phone calls and emails from customers.
Schedule and dispatch appointments efficiently.
Review invoices and estimates after each job to ensure accuracy before dispatching to the next call.
Follow up with technicians to resolve any questions or discrepancies.
Proofread documents and ensure customers receive all necessary paperwork.
Track and follow up on outstanding invoices.
Conduct customer satisfaction calls.
Carry out targeted phone and email outreach to potential customers.
Qualifications: Previous experience in dispatching, scheduling, or customer service preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Clear and professional communication skills (phone and written).
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
Comfort with using
scheduling/dispatching
software (training provided).
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

in-office position
and is not available for remote work.
