: Hybrid JOB PURPOSE: Acuity is seeking an experienced Business Development sales professional with extensive experience selling into the Private Equity/Alternative Asset Management space. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the Alternative Markets, particularly the competitive landscape, and knowledge of the offshoring business. An established network in the Florida and neighboring markets is highly desirable. Excellent verbal and written presentation skills, strong negotiation abilities, and the capacity to build long-term client and stakeholder relationships are essential. Experience presenting and marketing to C-Suite and senior management within the Alternatives space (mainly Private Equity and Venture Capital) is highly preferred. Experience in offshoring services is an added advantage. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: The role involves managing high-quality enterprise sales cycles with Portfolio Managers, CFOs, CXOs, etc., including: Identifying and initiating new sales opportunities through prospecting Leveraging existing relationships to generate interest Qualifying and creating demand among clients and prospects Developing compelling value propositions aligned with client needs Negotiating and closing complex agreements with CXO-level stakeholders The candidate will be responsible for meeting sales quotas by acquiring new clients and leveraging existing relationships to sell high-value services to private equity, venture capital, corporates, and consulting firms. Building a broad vision of outsourcing benefits through negotiations with COO/CXO level executives is part of the role. The position requires travel and the ability to meet revenue targets while maintaining excellent client relationships and satisfaction. KEY COMPETENCIES: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields is preferred. Experience selling to banks, private equity, venture capital, corporates, or consulting firms is required. Experience working with geographically dispersed teams is a plus. Experience in offshoring/outsourcing is advantageous. Strong network in the Florida market. Ability to sell solutions-based approaches and engage with senior decision-makers, influencing throughout the sales cycle. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. Proven success in leading sales efforts, proposal development, and closing deals. Creative problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose issues and develop solutions. Seniority level
