Responsible for ensuring assigned product(s) are relevant, properly sold, and managed to provide a positive customer experience, maintaining sound infrastructure and integrity levels. This includes managing market research, financial analysis, product planning, development, implementation, and coordinating sales and marketing strategies. Key components include product profitability, risk mitigation, performance evaluation, and measurement of results. Serve as a subject matter expert for the suite of products. Position Responsibilities: Roadmap Management

Serve as a market expert through research, discovery, validation, customer interactions, presentations, and white papers. Define market problems by analyzing market, customer, and non-customer data; understanding product positioning, competition, SWOT analysis, technology assessment, and win/loss analysis. Develop solutions via strategic planning, including product roadmap, business plans, profitability, pricing, positioning, customer buying process, personas, use scenarios, and solution requirements. Represent the voice of the customer throughout development. Manage product lifecycle, monitor performance, and recommend pricing and marketing strategies to improve profitability and customer retention. Define, measure, and manage product risk. Measure success and communicate results. Product Promotion/Advocacy

Create and own the market messaging for assigned products and participate in marketing and advertising development. Develop training materials and conduct training sessions as needed. Conduct interviews with customers, non-customers, and prospects. Monitor trends and customer acceptance of products. Portfolio and Revenue Management

Evaluate economic conditions and advise management on impacts. Ensure profitability, competitive positioning, and integration into sales planning and profit plans. Develop and recommend pricing strategies to meet objectives. Product Initiatives

Research and define market problems, explore opportunities, evaluate new product ideas, and recommend economically viable products. Perform discovery and validation, including customer interactions. Recommend testing criteria for new and existing products. Develop and review implementation workflows, partnering with Operations. Ensure product stability and efficient resolution protocols for operational issues. Continuously improve production processes. Review customer complaints and suggestions related to assigned products.
