The Scale Brand Studio is a strategic, multidisciplinary creative team shaping how Scale shows up in the world. They are responsible for the design and evolution of scale.com, creation of original content, and development of marketing assets across all touchpoints. The role involves contributing to a growing team of designers, owning the visual expression of the Scale brand, driving hands-on design directions, partnering with Brand Studio leadership and cross-functional teams, evolving and maintaining a brand system, collaborating with internal and external partners, and implementing scalable design systems and creative processes. Candidates should have 10+ years of brand design and creative direction experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership, a proven track record in fast-paced companies, experience translating complex concepts into compelling narratives, strong leadership and mentorship skills, excellent communication, passion for emerging technologies, and hands-on design skills in Figma, Adobe, and AI tools. Nice to have experience includes working at startups and agencies, AI tools, web/motion/3D/illustration design, managing vendors, and strong written communication. Compensation includes base salary, equity, and benefits. The base salary range for San Francisco is $204,000 - $255,000 USD.
