About The Role We are passionate about helping companies leverage data for better decision-making and product development. Since our commercial launch last year, we've gained a diverse customer base across various industries. As we grow, we seek sales pioneers to elevate Omni's market presence. This is where you come in. Our BDRs are strategic team members responsible for identifying new business opportunities through prospecting and qualifying potential customers and partners. You will be vital to our growth by managing early-stage pipeline opportunities and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop innovative go-to-market strategies with a sense of urgency. We promote internal growth and support your career development in sales. What You Will Need

At least 1 year of business development experience. Ability to navigate ambiguity and work towards clear goals despite uncertainties. A proactive mindset, willing to test and iterate on ideas. Strong attention to detail and the ability to focus on important nuances. What You Will Do

Become an Omni expert and understand our competitive landscape. Drive top-of-funnel activities with our account executive team through campaigns on email, LinkedIn, and other channels. Accelerate engagement with warm and inactive prospects. Develop compelling messaging that highlights Omni’s unique value. Innovate beyond traditional B2B marketing tactics to increase scale and ROI.
