What You'll Do
Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring excellence across all departments Drive revenue by leading sales efforts and maximizing the use of 30,000 sq. ft. of banquet and event space Manage key client relationships and develop new business opportunities Build, lead, and motivate department managers and front-line teams Maintain top-tier guest service and operational standards Work closely with the corporate team to align strategy with performance goals
What We're Looking For
3+ years of hotel or hospitality management experience Background in hotel and/or catering sales strongly preferred Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills Confident decision-maker and self-starter with a track record of results Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred Must be flexible with availability — this role requires schedule adaptability
