We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Product Enablement Program Manager to join our team and elevate the effectiveness of our Law Enforcement sales organization. This is a critical role focused on driving product mastery, deepening technical fluency, and empowering our Account Executives (AEs) to clearly articulate the differentiated value of our platform in a competitive market.You’ll be responsible for designing and delivering high-impact, scalable enablement programs that translate complex technical features into compelling, customer-relevant narratives and hands-on experiences. This role requires a strong ability to distill technical product capabilities into language that resonates with public safety decision-makers, and to build training frameworks that help sales teams internalize, demonstrate, and confidently position those capabilities in the field. What You'll Do

Design and execute scalable enablement programs that help Law Enforcement Account Executives deeply understand and confidently communicate the value of our platform, including hands-on training that connects technical features to customer outcomes Translate complex product functionality into clear, accessible messaging and sales-ready narratives that resonate with both technical and non-technical buyers in public safety Build and lead structured onboarding and ramp programs that ensure new hires can articulate core use cases, deliver compelling demos, and differentiate our solution within their first 30, 60, and 90 days Develop persona-based training and resources that equip reps to tailor positioning and storytelling for various decision-makers, end users, and agency stakeholders Create high-impact enablement content—including demo guides, talk tracks, objection handling, competitive battle cards, and use case playbooks—that can be delivered live or accessed on-demand Partner closely with Product Marketing, Product, and Solution Engineering teams to support go-to-market launches and ensure sales is fully enabled on new features, functionality, and positioning Lead competitive enablement initiatives, providing clear comparisons, counterpoints, and value-based differentiation to win in competitive evaluations Continuously collaborate with field teams and sales leadership to identify enablement gaps, gather feedback, and iterate on program design to maximize sales performance and readiness Establish success metrics and regularly assess the effectiveness of enablement programs using performance data, certification outcomes, and rep feedback to drive ongoing improvement What We Look For

8+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a similar role in an early-stage, high-growth tech company Proven track record of working with technical subject matter experts to design and implement successful product enablement programs that drive revenue growth and increase sales efficiency Prior experience working with B2B or B2G sales in a product enablement capacity Experience with learning management systems and video training modules Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with the ability to thrive in ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and execute on multiple projects Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management skills Located in San Francisco, California and willing to come into the office on a hybrid basis S alary Range: $125,000 - $175,000 Annually + Benefits + Equity (if applicable) + Bonus (if applicable)
