We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to build experiences and services for our business customers as we look to build out the Ring Business Experience focused on delivering value for SMBs. You will build solutions that directly address the unique security and operational needs of our business customers. In this role, you'll thrive on cross-functional collaboration, technical prowess, and a keen business sense—propelling us towards seamless device experiences and raising the bar on performance.
Key job responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies aligned with organizational goals Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization and development to launch and post-launch optimization Work closely with diverse teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of product initiatives Provide technical guidance and expertise, driving the development of innovative and high-quality solutions Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for product improvement Engage with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to gather insights, feedback, and ensure alignment with business objectives Develop and communicate a clear product roadmap, considering market demands, customer feedback, and business priorities Anticipate and address potential risks associated with product development and deployment, ensuring proactive risk mitigation Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and drive continuous improvement Maintain a customer-centric approach, understanding user needs and incorporating feedback into product development processes

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product Experience managing technical products or online services Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
