Position: Sr. Analyst, Product Analytics Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC seeks a Sr. Analyst, Product Analytics in San Mateo, CA. The role involves working directly with multiple Product Managers on product analytics efforts. The ideal candidate will have: A Master's degree in Business Analytics or a related field, or equivalent experience. At least two (2) years of experience in data extraction and integration to support analytical efforts, including writing complex SQL queries and analyzing in-app customer journeys using Adobe/Google Analytics. Experience in conceptualizing advanced analytics projects related to product feature prioritization, ad-hoc analysis, embedded analytics tools, KPI measurement, user navigation analytics, hypothesis testing, and analytical solutions for product features. Experience analyzing data from online marketing campaigns, conducting customer analyses, and building machine learning models such as Customer Segmentation, Retention, Lifetime Value, and more. Proficiency with Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, and Machine Learning.
