In this role, you will help formulate the future of retail advertising by evaluating new strategies and businesses to grow WMC, including partnerships. You should have 2-3+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or corporate strategy, preferably within the technology, retail, media, or advertising industry, with a capacity for managing multiple projects. Skills in industry research, strategic evaluation, financial modeling, and leadership material creation are essential.

Qualifications include: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field, with 2 years of relevant experience, or 4 years of experience in related areas. - Experience in investment banking, consulting, or corporate strategy with a focus on partnerships or business development. - Strong research, analytical, and financial modeling skills. - Excellent communication and influencing skills. - Ability to manage ambiguity and multiple projects.
The position is based in Hoboken, NJ or San Bruno, CA, with most work requiring presence in the office.

The salary range for Hoboken is $96,000 - $186,000; for San Bruno, $104,000 - $202,000.
