is seeking an Intelligence Systems Analyst SSO to support the Deputy Chief of Staff (DCS, G8). The DCS G-8 advises the Chief of Staff, Army (CSA) and the Assistant Secretary of the Army, Financial Management and Comptroller (ASA(FMC)) during the Programming phase of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process. The DCS, G-8 coordinates with the Assistant Secretary of the Army, Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology (ASA(ALT)) on programming and process recommendations related to acquisition programs and science and technology initiatives. The DCS, G-8 also coordinates with Army Futures Command (AFC) on program funding for future force modernization. Qualifications: Military intelligence experience at tactical, operational, strategic, and national levels Familiarity with doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures of Army intelligence units and equipment; ability to organize, coordinate, and synchronize working groups supporting SPAR, POM, and AROC Ability to write and brief information on assigned programs Skills to analyze, prioritize, and validate Intelligence, Electronic Warfare, and Cyber requirements for current and future Army capabilities Knowledge of tactical ISR, EW, and Cyber Systems Operational and/or technical experience in combat formations and procedures, including synthetic training environments Experience with Force Development Human-Machine Integration (FDH) programs such as robotic combat vehicles, sUAS, loitering munitions, robotics, autonomous behaviors, machine learning, AI, synthetic training devices, and networks Desired Qualifications: How the Army Runs (HTAR) Course Introduction to JCIDS (RQM 1010 / CLR 101) Core Concepts for Requirements Management / Capabilities Development (RQM 1100 series / RQM 110) Advanced Concepts and Skills Course (RQM 3100 / 310) Analysis of Alternatives (CLR 151) Capabilities Based Assessments (RQM 2500 / CLR 250) Developing Performance Attributes (RQM 2520 / CLR 252) Benefits:
