Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated volunteer Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee daily operations, project management, strategic planning, organizational development, volunteer coordination, and grant management. This role suits a strategic thinker passionate about community service and experienced in nonprofit management. Responsibilities
Oversee daily organizational functions ensuring efficiency. Develop and implement operational policies supporting our mission. Lead planning, execution, and evaluation of projects. Foster collaboration across teams to meet project goals. Contribute to strategic planning and monitor organizational performance. Support initiatives for organizational growth and sustainability. Manage grant applications and reporting; build relationships with funders. Qualifications
Proven experience in nonprofit management or leadership. Strong project management and operational skills. Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
