Principal Product Manager - Mid-Market and E2E Workflows

We are seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager to lead the strategic planning and delivery of integrated Mid-Market and shared ecosystem experiences for our payments and invoicing products. This role requires a leader with a deep understanding of the payments industry, exceptional execution and delivery excellence, and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives that enhance our product offerings.
Responsibilities
Strategic Vision and Roadmap Development: Define and articulate a compellingMM product vision and strategy for our payments and invoicing ecosystem, aligningwith overall business objectives and market opportunities. Develop and maintain acomprehensive product roadmap that addresses customer needs and positions the company as a leader in the industry. Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering,design, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure cohesive productdevelopment and delivery. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement. Market and Customer Insight: Conduct thorough market research and gather customer feedback to identify pain points, opportunities, and emerging trends.Utilize these insights to inform product decisions and prioritize features that deliverexceptional value to our users. Product Development and Execution: Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept through launch and iteration. Ensure timelydelivery of high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders tocommunicate product vision, gather requirements, and ensure alignment. Act as theprimary point of contact for all matters related to the payments and invoicingecosystem. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Define key performance indicators(KPIs) to measure product success. Analyze product performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize user experience andbusiness outcomes. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science,Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Experience: A minimum of 10 years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in the payments or financial technology industry. Proven track record of leading complex product initiatives that resulted in significant business growth. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams. Experience in managing and mentoring product managers is highly desirable. Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to translatemarket insights into actionable product strategies. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technicalaudiences. Analytical Aptitude: Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Familiarity with analytics tools and methodologies. Technical Proficiency: Understanding of payment processing systems, invoicingplatforms, and related technologies. Ability to engage effectively with engineeringteams on technical topics.
