Role Overview This role focuses on growing our user base by attracting new users, retaining current users, and re-engaging lapsed users. The aim is to develop relevant product experiences that build trader confidence and progression, increasing user engagement and converting demo users to active traders.
Responsibilities
Drive product strategy and vision for Trader Engagement, aligning with company goals.
Develop and implement growth strategies for engagement, conversion, and retention.
Lead cross-functional teams to create engaging customer experiences.
Optimize go-to-market strategies including value proposition, positioning, and pricing.
Manage product roadmaps to deliver value to users and the business.
Use analytics to inform tactics, measure effectiveness, and refine strategies.
Design and execute experiments to test growth hypotheses.
Manage product documentation, backlogs, and feature prioritization.
Mentor other Product Managers on growth principles.
Qualifications
7+ years in product management or consulting, focusing on engagement/growth.
Customer-centric approach with strong communication skills.
Ability to analyze complex problems and innovate solutions.
Proven success in launching customer-delighting products, preferably in B2C.
Experience with experimentation, rapid iteration, and cross-functional leadership.
Preferred Skills
Experience with AI/ML applications and recommender systems.
Ownership of complex product lines and strategic influence.
Background in trading, fintech, or technical fields.
Experience launching products from inception to market.
Compensation & Benefits Salary: $180,000 - $210,000 USD with a 15% target bonus. Benefits include a 401K match up to 3.5%, generous PTO, holidays, health coverage, and flexible work arrangements.
Location Based in Chicago, IL, with remote flexibility for select states.
