General Manager of Performance . This individual oversees every guest's golf journey, demonstrating charisma, people skills, proficiency with golf simulators and equipment, and driving revenue through memberships, game improvement, and leagues. The role involves managing all golf operations at the location and reporting to the National Director of Golf. Responsibilities include: Hiring, managing, and training golf staff, including Assistant General Manager of Performance Managing P&L for golf-specific and retail offerings; achieving quarterly revenue targets Collaborating with the Director of Instruction on coaching staff performance and revenue goals Setting and maintaining service standards for golf staff Evaluating staff performance and ensuring daily business needs are met Building community relationships, fostering loyalty, and encouraging repeat business Ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly Maintaining proficiency with golf simulator technology and quality control Organizing golf equipment and inventory management Knowledge of products and services, including sales and cross-selling Growing the membership community through events and local partnerships Communicating golf-specific needs to management Providing excellent account services from onboarding to termination Keeping up-to-date with food and beverage offerings and delivering premium service Following health and safety regulations, including verifying legal drinking age Required qualifications: Passion for golf 5+ years in hospitality, golf, or sports management (preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Familiarity with swing analysis and launch monitor technology Enthusiastic, positive attitude Customer resolution skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Availability during high-value times Ability to stand, walk, bend, and navigate stairs Benefits (for full-time employees): Health, Dental, Vision insurance Disability insurance 401(k) Free meals during shifts Job Type: Full Time, Exempt Pay: $55k salary plus bonus ($14,800/year), with additional earnings from lessons/clubfitting and incentive bonuses based on performance.
