Manages direct reports who implement quality policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate control plans, inspection systems, and improvement actions Monitor performance and lead continual improvement initiatives Mentor and develop team members Oversee nonconformance, containment, and corrective actions Manage Gage & tool calibration and internal audits Chair management review meetings and coordinate ISO 9001:2008 audits Lead quality system training and strategic planning Requirements
Education:
Post-secondary education (engineering degree preferred) or equivalent experience. Experience:
Minimum 3 years in Quality Engineering/Analysis; 6 Sigma Green Belt, CQA, supervisory experience, or professional engineering certification preferred. Qualifications
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 QMS requirements Familiarity with inspection standards and systems Strong leadership, facilitation, and communication skills Experience with process management and continual improvement tools (e.g., 5 Why, 8D, Fishbone) Certification as a CQE or plan to achieve it Husky TechnologiesTM offers competitive compensation, benefits, and growth opportunities.
