Vice President Operations - CA We are seeking a motivated, experienced individual with a strong manufacturing background to serve as the Vice President of Operations.

Lead & manage our Engineering group – the Director of Engineering reports to this position. Lead & manage our Installation team – the Manager, Installations reports to this position. Oversee and facilitate schedule and supply chain. Meet production targets while systematically ensuring the highest level of quality. Qualifications & Experience: 8-15 years experience in the manufacturing and design of high-end products. 5-10 years experience fulfilling a senior role within a dynamic company. Excellent organizational, planning and follow-up skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. Engaging mind – seeking to learn and grow.
