Job Summary Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a creative and proven leader to develop and implement business strategies, support a top-performing safety culture, lead commercial excellence and continuous plant improvement activities, drive new product and market development, and build effective teams across the region to achieve superior financial performance and growth. Responsibilities include: Recognizing and sizing-up existing and emerging market and product opportunities using strategic agility. Assembling and developing high-performing teams. Instilling a high-performance safety culture throughout the region. Managing customer relationships to deepen engagement and increase sales. Overseeing regional business operations to ensure profitability, efficiency, and operational excellence. Job Location This is a hybrid position located in Telford, PA. Job Requirements
7+ years of progressive management/executive experience in manufacturing or related fields. Proven success in leading labor-intensive and automated manufacturing operations with high safety, quality, and customer service standards. Experience in sales or marketing management, with a record of growing market share, launching new products, or entering new markets. Excellent analytical, financial, and communication skills. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ERP and production management software. Preferences
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. MBA or eMBA from a reputable institution. Key Competencies
