On.Energy We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven

Director of Supply Chain

to lead procurement, logistics, vendor management, and materials planning across our North and Latin American operations. This role is critical to ensuring cost-effective, timely, and reliable supply chain performance for large-scale EPC projects—including high-demand data center infrastructure and energy storage deployments.

You will work cross-functionally with engineering, construction, legal, and finance to manage supplier relationships, optimize sourcing strategies, and support project execution at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end supply chain strategy for all On.Energy projects, including sourcing, procurement, logistics, and inventory management Develop and manage a high-performance vendor network for key materials: switchgear, transformers, batteries, inverters, cabling, etc. Oversee contract negotiations, purchase agreements, and long-lead equipment procurement Align procurement activities with project delivery timelines and cash flow targets Implement systems and KPIs for supply chain visibility, cost control, and performance tracking Mitigate risks related to material delays, shortages, pricing volatility, and regulatory compliance Manage cross-border logistics and customs processes for international projects Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and finance to ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting Lead supply chain team development, training, and performance management Contribute to ESG and supplier diversity initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA or Master’s preferred) 8+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics, ideally within the energy, construction, or infrastructure sectors Proven track record managing supply chains for complex, multi-million-dollar projects Experience with global sourcing and vendor negotiations. Strong understanding of commercial terms, INCOTERMS, contract structuring, and risk management Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle), logistics tracking, and procurement tools Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred Willingness to travel to suppliers and project sites (up to 20%)
