Director of Product - Client Experience

What you’ll do:
You will partner closely with our Client Experience team to deeply understand customer needs, define feature scopes, and deliver impactful enhancements to our client-facing web application, ensuring a seamless and delightful user journey.
More specifically you will:
Shape the Product Roadmap:
Collaborate strategically with product managers, design, engineering, sustainability, and investments teams to develop and prioritize a dynamic product roadmap for our client experience platform. Align Business & Customer Goals:
Translate Ethic's business objectives and customer aspirations into actionable product strategies, identifying opportunities to drive growth, improve retention, and optimize operational efficiency. Insight-Driven Problem Solving:
Employ a collaborative problem-solving approach, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions and propose solutions that deliver measurable business impact. Elevate the User Experience:
Champion the enhancement of Ethic’s advisor and end-client experience across the entire client lifecycle, focusing on intuitive design and functionality. Product Lifecycle Management:
Own and refine existing products, including internal tools, by actively gathering, analyzing, and integrating user feedback into the product roadmap. Strategic Communication & Collaboration:
Proactively communicate product updates and project status to internal stakeholders, anticipate and resolve blockers, and ensure timely delivery of impactful features. Strategic Project Support:
Contribute to strategic projects and partnerships, leveraging your product expertise to drive successful outcomes. What you’ll bring to the table: 7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful B2B2C web-based technology products. Startup experience, a strong understanding of user experience principles, and fintech industry knowledge are highly valued. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and build consensus across diverse teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a comfort level navigating ambiguity and prioritizing effectively. Demonstrated understanding of modern web technologies and architectures. Excellent organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage project dependencies, timelines, and stakeholder coordination. Empathy and a relationship-oriented approach to building strong teams. Proactively manage junior product managers so they can achieve their full potential. Compensation at Ethic is a combination of base salary, equity (stock options) in the company, and benefits. The base salary for this role will range from $200,000- $250,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
