Director of Mortgage-Backed Securities Policy and Program , you will: Requirements Meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. Qualifications You must have one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service, by the closing date of this announcement. Specialized Experience includes: Developing policy for a program involving organizations in the Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS) industry; Coordinating with other organizations, both Federal and Non-Federal, concerning the development of MBS policy; Leading staff responsible for policy development and organizational work groups. Experience can be gained in the public, private, or volunteer sectors. Full-time work is required; part-time work is prorated. Please specify employment dates and hours worked per week in your resume.
