Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships within the local community to position Hotel Nia as a valued member of the neighborhood. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute long-term strategies that align with company objectives and drive sustainable growth. Employee Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development, empowering team members to excel in their roles and advance within the organization.
Your Background And Skills
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred). 8+ years of experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in a luxury hotel setting. Proven track record in driving revenue growth, optimizing operations, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury hotel environment. Strong understanding of luxury and lifestyle brand positioning and execution. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to travel as needed.
