Position Summary & Key Areas Of Responsibility
The Brand Experience Sr. Manager will produce impactful events and tradeshows both domestically and internationally. This role involves creating experiences for customers, prospects, partners, and VIP guests across the world as well as at our campuses in Atlanta, Belgrade, and Dundee. The team manages activations from planning through measurement.
Key Areas Of Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and post-event analysis of large-scale events, including conferences, trade shows, incentive events, and executive briefings.
Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure efficiency and ROI. Lead on-site teams and logistics with precision, ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly. Evaluate event performance and provide actionable insights to continuously improve future initiatives.
Bring a fresh, outside perspective to event strategy by leveraging industry expertise and staying ahead of trends in experiential marketing and event technology.
Apply global event management expertise to tailor strategies for diverse audiences across regions and cultures.
Support tours, operations and events at our global headquarters. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including marketing, sales, product, and executive teams to align event goals with business objectives. Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless execution and high-quality deliverables. Oversee the design of immersive, interactive, and emotionally resonant customer experiences through the development of physical and digital touchpoints within the CEC spaces, ensuring a seamless journey.
Basic Qualifications
15+ years of experience in event planning and management, with a mix of agency and in-house corporate roles. Undergraduate degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, global events with complex logistics and high visibility. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in event management software and tools including MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint). Salesforce.com and Qualtrics experience preferred. Able to travel 30% approximately
