Summary This position supervises sanitation operations at the Caseyville facility, ensuring compliance with USDA and internal requirements, and that production begins on time. It also involves ensuring all Sanitation Team Members follow personal chemical handling and food safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Supervise sanitation operations at Caseyville facility.

Ensure compliance with USDA and internal requirements.

Ensure team members follow chemical handling and food safety procedures.

Maintain accurate records.

Handle personnel administration including scheduling, discipline, and timekeeping.

Manage supply inventory.

Drive continuous cost and quality improvements.

Participate in plant management team.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s preferred.

3+ years sanitation supervisory experience in food manufacturing, with direct reports.

Basic computer skills, strong verbal and written communication skills.

Travel: 0-10%.

Supervisory skills: Supervising multiple supervisors and 50+ hourly team members.

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Must reside in the U.S.; sponsorship not available.

Highly recommended to submit a resume.

Work shift: 3rd shift.

Pay range: $68,000 - $144,000.

Incentives include annual incentive plan; long-term plan not available.
