client relationship
strategies. Your presence on the sales floor allows you to understand the business frontline and use insights to improve store performance. You will shape and execute strategies to build
trusting relationships
with clients and staff, driving revenue, and ensuring effective
communication . Success in this role requires leading by example with

Minimum five (5) years in retail management College/Post-Secondary degree preferred Experience with buying & merchandising preferred Excellent communication skills, ability to influence and motivate Experience in sales training and presentations Proficiency with retail systems and Office programs Flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, weekends Language skills (Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin) are a strong asset Ability to travel domestically and internationally The salary range is $60,000 - $67,000 annually, with potential bonuses or commissions, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, paid time off, employee discounts, and retirement plans.
