Overview As the Principal Product Manager of Strategic Mid-Market Growth, you’ll be part of a global team focused on disrupting the small business mid-market. You will lead a portfolio across various premium offerings, identifying opportunities, building roadmaps, and influencing stakeholders. You’ll work cross-functionally with Data Scientists, Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Designers to define and deliver strategic goals centered on product-market fit and solving complex problems for the small business mid-market segment. What you'll bring

CPA (US or Canadian) designation or international equivalent (e.g., CA, ACA, ACCA) 5+ years designing and delivering world-class products in a Product Management role, preferably for SaaS financial management software. Experience working with geographically dispersed teams. Experience collaborating with cross-functional GTM teams and influencing leadership on strategy. Experience leading, building, and owning end-to-end AI-powered products. Proven success in planning and executing technical product roadmaps. Analytical thinking applied to prioritization. Experience delivering customer-driven AI products with excellent customer experience. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Experience leading cross-functional teams to launch web or mobile products on time and budget. Strong project management skills for handling complex projects. How you will lead

Define product strategy for mid-market platform opportunities across verticals. Develop partnerships with external stakeholders to inform platform vision. Research customer problems and understand top jobs-to-be-done. Develop and monitor key metrics to assess market fit and capability success. Validate product plans ensuring technical and compliance standards. Coordinate needs across teams within the Mid Market ecosystem. Collaborate across product teams to deliver seamless enterprise solutions. Support marketing and sales in articulating product value. Build relationships with external sales partners to guide strategy. Work with leadership to improve enterprise market approach. Intuit offers a competitive compensation package, including base salary, bonus, equity rewards, and benefits. Salary ranges vary by location, e.g., New York $195,000 - $264,000.
