ABOUT THIS ROLE The Senior Vice President of Strategy reports directly to the Chief Brand Officer and will lead Orchestra’s newly established strategy discipline, defining how we connect insight, narrative, and impact to drive compelling and integrated campaigns. This critical role requires a visionary strategist capable of setting a transformative vision for high-value client engagements, brand transformations, and strategic orchestration across the full range of marketing and communications channels. Initially managing one direct report, the SVP will be tasked with scaling and growing this new team and capability over time. The ideal candidate is part architect, part storyteller, and part business strategist, bringing creativity and commercial fluency to complex strategic challenges. ACCOUNTABILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS As the SVP of Strategy you will… Craft and lead clear, compelling strategic frameworks, messaging architectures, and campaign blueprints that drive cohesive and measurable outcomes. Act as the lead strategic advisor on flagship clients and pivotal campaigns, offering executive-level counsel and elevating client engagements through strategic clarity and impact. Drive new business opportunities, partnering closely with Growth teams to articulate sharp, persuasive POVs and narratives that position Orchestra uniquely in the market. Partner with Insights, Creative, and Channel teams, turning strategic concepts into fully integrated and executable strategies. Ensure comprehensive, cross-channel integration, enabling fluid collaboration and excellence across earned media, social, paid marketing, experiential, thought leadership, and analytics. Develop and scale reusable strategic IP, frameworks, and briefing models to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability across Orchestra’s diverse client portfolio. Lead, mentor, and cultivate strategic talent, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and professional growth across Orchestra's strategy team. Champion cross-functional integration, guiding teams to consistently deliver impactful, strategically rigorous outcomes. ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 12–15 years of proven strategic leadership within top-tier integrated marketing firms, agencies, or consultancy environments. Demonstrated success in leading brand transformations, complex campaign strategies, and executive-level storytelling that drive meaningful business results. Deep expertise in distilling complex insights into clear, actionable strategies that deliver measurable commercial impact across multiple channels. Fluency in deck-building, cultural insights, and performance planning; adept at presenting complex strategic narratives to executive stakeholders. Proven track record managing and mentoring strategists, fostering professional development, and building high-performing teams. Versatile experience across various verticals including consumer brands, technology, real estate, healthcare, non-profits, and beyond, demonstrating agility in navigating diverse sectors. WORKING AT ORCHESTRA Salary range: $200,000-$250,000, plus end-of-year bonus based on firm, team, and individual performance. Location:
