How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? The Project Director will oversee the delivery of large capital projects, leading multidisciplinary teams, managing detailed engineering, fabrication activities, subcontract plans, contractor schedules, and project reporting. The role emphasizes promoting safety, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and executing projects within contractual commitments, schedule, and budget. Responsibilities include: Representing the business unit in development and execution of projects ($200M-$750M) Supporting project and business development teams in planning and budgeting Leading multinational project teams and participating in international engineering reviews Managing project risks, negotiations, and progress tracking Ensuring regulatory compliance and safety standards Leading subcontractor selection, contract negotiations, and onsite construction activities Driving a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement Preparing project reports and managing change orders Minimum qualifications include a B.S. in Science or Engineering, 20+ years of experience in project management within EPC or related fields, and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30-50%.
